By definition, a debt becomes bad once it has been established that the additional cost of pursuing a soon-to-be-lost cause is prohibitive.

This site was constructed not only to help companies minimize their credit risk, but to identify fraudsters. Unfortunately, these perpetrators often get to walk away from their debt because of ‘loopholes’ in the original contract or agreement. 

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all information submitted is complete and accurate.

LET’S ‘FLUSH OUT’ THE OFFENDERS

Allow the offenders to challenge their case in an open forum. Once the case has been resolved, their names will be removed from the site.
